Write a ReviewThey do not communicate well and do not manage customers well!
Overall terrible experience hiring them to hang drywall and mud my living room as well as 2 bedrooms. 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the end product turned out nice. Highlights: *Tried to up charge me twice after the initial quote. *They did not even show up on the day they said they would causing me to take a day off work to be there for nothing. They did not let me know that they were not coming. They then showed up the next day without letting me know. I discovered they were at my house when I went home to eat lunch. They did not call me to inform me there were at my house. *They changed what we had agreed to do for the price. This included them not doing any prep work, like laying down cardboard before mudding and not mudding 2 walls in one of the rooms. I have texts asking if I needed to do prep work and was told no. *Because they did not put down cardboard I had mud all over my carpet. I talked to the guy and said they could either clean it or I could hire someone else and deduct it from the cost. He agreed to me hiring someone else and we agreed on a new price. When I went to pay, they now wanted the original price not the one agreed on in text message. He eventually accepted the text message agreed amount, but not without me talking to him for 10min. *When I went to pay he all of a sudden had a contract and tried to use that contract to say he never agreed to do the things mentioned above and that I still need to pay full price. This was the first time I was seeing this contract. I told him so and pointed out that I had not signed it. Summary: The end product is nice but the hassle to get there is not worth it. If you do use them, ask for a printed contract before they begin working, as they do not honor verbal and text message agreements.
He's very good.
They were professional, came in and did the work in a timely fashion. They were in and out.
Need more contractors.
Was prompt in getting me an estimate. His crew did a quality job quickly.
Great work
Orlando very professional and VERY courteous. I knew I could count on him.
Na
I called HomeAdvisors on a Saturday morning, after firing another contractor for putting me off....again! Cristobal, the owner of CL Drywall, called me within minutes. He wanted to come out that morning, which he did, to give me a bid. Hired him on the spot. A project that had stretched into a month was accomplished by Omar and Cristobol in 5 days (mud has to dry, ya know). OUTSTANDING work and best of all, Omar was there when he said he would be. Not too common in the construction workforce anymore.
