Never received a contract via email or with a Jeff that was supposed to come by and go over the estimate with us. Most of the work looks really good, but would like to have had a chance to fix the wavy and low valleys before they finished which we misunderstand what they were going to do. They had the old roof torn off and new roof completed in 3 Days.

ROOFING PUPS IS COMPLETELY DISHONEST, & IN THE PRACTICE OF ABSCONDING WITH MONEYS THAT THEY ADVIZE THE CLIENT TO CONTRACTUALLY SIGN FOR, IN ORDER FOR SOMEONE TO FINANCE HOME REPAIRS. THEY PROMISED TO SHOW UP WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF THE SIGNED CONTRACT. BUT, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, THEY NEVER SET THE WORK SCHEDULE, THEY STOLE THE MONEYS OF THE SIGNED CONTRACT WITH GOODLEAP BY CLAIMING THAT THE CLIENT CANCELED A JOB, BUT the client NEVER CANCELED THE JOB . ROOFING PUPS MADE THIS FALSE CLAIM, ENTIRELY A LIE, IN ORDER TO ABSCOND WITH THE MONEY FOR A CONTRACtUAL ARRANGEMENT WITH GOODLEAP BANK... WHICH IS UNDER THE NATIONAL BANK CHARTER. THERE IS RECOURSE ! & IT FALLS UNDER OTHER ISSUES OF FRAUD & THE LIKE. EXTREMELY FRAUDULENT, THE CLIENT CALLED FOR 3 MONTHS' TIME, TRYING TO GET ROOFING PUPS TO SET THE WORK SCHEDULE. RPs, STALLED & STALLED & LIED, REFUSING ACTUALLY, TO JUST SET UP THE WORK SCHEDULE, & THEN TO DO THE WORK PROMISED BY THE 2 RPs EMPLOYEES WHO COMMITTED TO THIS AT THE OUTSET. SO, THEY SET UP THE FINANCIAL ARRANGMENT THROUGH GOODLEAP, & THEN THEY TOOK THAT LOAN MONEY FROM GOODLEAP, AND THEN OUT & OUT REFUSED (THROUGH AVOIDANCE TACTICS - i.e., NEVER RETURNING CALLS & NEVER SETTING UP TO DO THE WORK AT ALL...VERY VERY WILFULLY WRONG, UNETHICAL, IMMORAL) ENTIRELY REFUSED TO DO THE WORK THEY'D CONTRACTED TO DO. GOODLEAP AS A FINANCIER -- DO YOUR HOMEWORK ! THERE ACTUALLY IS NO RATING TO BE HAD FOR ROOFING PUPS' WORK BECAUSE, THEY ENTIRELY REFUSED (THROUGH STALLING TECHNIQUES), TO DO THE WORK AT ALL. On signage, they said they'd show up within the week, at the most within the 3 Weeks following, to start the work. They never would even set up the Schedule to begin with. This was by intention, for sure. No business avoids setting a work schedule, and then steals the loan money that was intended for the job itself; then, they're trying to lay the payments onto the client, FOR A JOB THAT ROOFING PUPS NEVER INTENDED, CLEARLY, NEVER INTENDED TO EVER PERFORM...!!! It's so fraudulent. There are recourses, and be sure not to sign with RPs, to begin with.

They came when promised, worked super fast, and cleaned up really well.

They were great. Completed project in one day and completely cleaned up any mess I appreciated the quick responses to any of my questions or concerns.

They took the time to plan the job to get it done right the first time. Ours was not a straight forward situation in our 115 year old house.

Air-Tite Exteriors were professional and punctual. The door was delivered earlier than expected and the installed price was the price specified in the contract. There were no additional charges “discovered” during the installation. The door looks great. We’re very happy.
