Custom Homes

My partner and I were first time home buyers and wanted to build a new home. We did not want a production builder, as we know they cut corners because they have to build so many homes a year to make a profit. Because of this we decided to build a custom home. After a bit of research, we chose to build with Custom Homes. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. We were on a budget, and they helped guide us on selections that what would work within our budget or close to it. We could not afford an expensive interior designer, so they had their selection coordinator help with selections at no extra cost. We ended up with not just a house, but a beautiful home that our family has been able to grow into. If we ever plan to build another home, we will for sure build with them and recommend you do so as well

We used Custom Homes to remodel our home. Their contractors were polite and maintained a schedule which can be a bit difficult in their business. Custom Homes worked with our insurance company to stay on top of what could be salvaged and what needed to be replaced. They were attentive to phone calls, emails, and crises as they arose. I donâ t think we went more than an hour after leaving a message until they responded. They gave advice as far as design changes to accommodate my wife's wishes with some structural changes in the home and essentially made it possible for us to get the new look that we wanted. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel or build new.

I have built two new construction homes with Custom Homes and highly recommend them!! My first home was a starter home on a city lot in St. Paul. Years later, we finished our basement with Custom Homes and sold the home for a great profit that we invested into building our DREAM home. Custom was great with everything from initial planning with lot constraints to the design plans to execution. So many details on how we would utilize our home were put into consideration as well as the small details that truly made it custom. The entire team was great to work with! I was in control of managing my budget through selection approvals via their online software program and knew where my budget stood every step of the way. It was a fun and exciting experience that I would do again with Custom Homes if ever needed!
