We recently hired Justin at Central Oregon Quality Builders to build a fence within our property to separate the two yards. It was a great experience all around - Justin really knows his tuff. I recently bought a new home and moved to Bend from San Diego. I found Justin Scott by word of mouth and he has been wonderful. He has rebuilt broken furniture for me, assembled furniture, helped with a plumbing issue and spent about 4 days with me assisting me with the move in. He is also helping my neighbor do the same.
