C&C Pressure Wash Pros

Needed to get my house pressure washed and moss removed from part of my roof and was dreading getting it done. Then I called C+C and Chris made the whole experience very easy. Estimate and appointment were no problem. He then showed up right on time, knew what to do and did it, no delays. The house now looks better than it has in years. But the next time it needs a wash I'll call Chris again for a thoroughly professional job.

Did a great job

Chris cleaned the moss and algae from our 13 year old architectural roof, so that it looks almost brand new. He and his brother work side by side to complete the project in a timely manner. They were very professional and kept a neat ship at all times. His mannerism was cautious and careful through-out the entire job. I was skeptical about the power washing at first, but when the job was completed, it made all the difference in the world. I would highly recommend Chris for cleaning your roof.

Did a good job!

While Chris and his team was pleasant, I do not think the service performed was their highest quality work. We needed an exterior wash of our 2 story house and when Chris arrived, their main pressure washer was not operational so they used their backup. The backup was also experiencing issues and needed to be restarted multiple times operating from the same spot. Additionally, the backup did not have enough power to deep clean the 2nd story. Although Chris and his team brought ladders, they did not use them. When I pointed out some missed spots as seen in the photos, Chris explained that the remaining dirty spots are a result of poor painting and oxidation so additional washing would not clean them. This may be true for some of the dirty spots, but I could not help but feel Chris was running behind schedule due to mechanical issues and eager to get to his next appointment at the expense of our project.

Chris is a true professional and earned the respect of my family. He was on time, honest, and gave incredible feedback. He was responsive and made time to work around our schedule. You should absolutely have C&C renovations give you a quote for your next home project. His attention to detail and prioritizing gettin the work done right was a breath of fresh air as a homeowner who has worked with various contractors in the past. We will be using his company from now on.
