Project was not supervised, unskilled subcontractors, poor workmanship, condescending, and inappropriate behavior. On site maybe 10% of whole project. Roberto only did electrical, having others do electrical prep, plumbing, flooring, cabinet making, drywall and mudding. Admits it was bad but had others do minimum to fix. Misogynistic and hostile if you don’t agree with him.

Roberto was unprofessional and rude not only to me, but to my other contractors. He kept changing the scope of work and cost. Before starting the work, I told him my timeline and he assured it would be done. However he didn't perform amd I had to push my project and other trades back a day to allow him to finish, as he has the audacity to not allow anyone else in the project, including myself!! Imagine being kicked out of your own property! He even insisted on partial payment before even starting the work, abd I purchased the materials!! Moreover, his craftsmanship was poor and substandard. So much so that his cuts were off andh is mitering for the trim didn't match up. When I pointed out that these items needed to be fixed, he refused and told me to just caulk the doors myself!! I would not recommend him, nor hire him again. If you are a woman, he will talk down to you and try to intimidate you. If there was an option to give him zero stars, that's what I would do.

Robert did some restoration work for me after mold remediation because of water damage. The scope of work was filling a foundation crack with epoxy, framing, installing drywall, texturing, painting, and installing trim. Some of the existing texture had asbestos in it and Robert took extra precautions not to disturb it, adding additional framing to join the new and old drywall without having to cut any more of the old. The resulting transition between the new and old texture is almost unnoticeable. Robert also stayed in constant contact with me, coming over on weekends and whenever his schedule freed up to ensure the job got done as quickly as possible without sacrificing on quality. He also put me in touch with a carpet person, Franco, who did a great job with restoring the missing carpet. Robert did a great job and I'm very happy with the end result, I'd definitely recommend him!

Robert Castro does meticulous, impeccable work He is knowledgeable professional and extremely customer oriented. He works within your budge for outstanding results He has the ability to assess and solve problems quickly and efficiently. He makes creative suggestions that reflect his substantial experience. He cares about doing a good job and always goes the extra mile. He has now completed multiple projects for us and we are very pleased! I recommend him highly - You wonâ t be disappointed!

Robert has done several projects in our house, and since the first day we hired him, we knew we found our handyman for our home project repairs and installation! We hired him several times and he always completed the projects on time and efficiently. Robert installed a large chandelier, hung heavy mirrors in out living room, and added two outdoor wall sconces. He also built an outdoor shed which gave us room to add more storage. Robert is very skilled and can help with just about anything! When we moved in, he added a border trim upstairs in all of the rooms. Amazing work!

I had a wild idea of building a cigar lounge in my house. I told Robert my ideas and he went above and beyond my expectations and built my dream cigar lounge with custom wainscoting walls and coiffure ceilings. The lounge has a private A/C and heating unit with an exhaust fan to take out the cigar smoke. My friends and family come over and they are blown away by his expertise and attention to detail. I have used Robert over the years and will continue to use him in the future. Thanks again Robert you make smoking my cigars and watching the big game much more pleasurable.

I have hired Robert multiple times and even contracted him to work on a longer term project on 2 of my vacation homes which required installation of new flooring, fixtures, plumbing and electrical work. He is knowledgeable about everything from plumbing to electrical to cabinetry. His wide range of talents is what makes him so wonderful. His work is also very detailed and professional and I will miss having him as my go-to handyman.

Robert is so knowledgeable. We bought a flipped house, and wanted to change multiple things. He did cabinetry, fixtures, shed, electrical, plumbing, flooring, walls, etc. He was so good that we even hired him to constantly maintain issues with our dental office. I would trust him completely. With these scope of jobs, issues always arise. But if they did, Robert was transparent, and was super fair. Our home projects that Robert tackled, everything is lasting fine. He is a rare find!
