CALbath Renovations

We had 4 companies come to our house to give us quotes for our master bath and downstairs powder room. Steve Lass showed up on time and knew his stuff! I would say, this is what I want, and he would say, **we can do that, but take a look at this, I think you will really like it**. Darned if he wasnâ t right 99% of the time! I learned quickly to listen to him. I really appreciated that he listened and interpreted what I wanted. After the initial home visit, Steve invited us to the showroom, where we met him the following week. It was so much fun (for me) to see the little bathrooms they had put together. We went through the options we had discussed and I was so excited! The reason I said earlier Steve was only right 99% of the time was because of the **Barn style twin bypass shower slider door with exposed rails and rollers** that I didnâ t know I NEEDED till I saw it in the showroom!! So, I guess he gets 100% after all. Speaking of 100%... make sure Izzy is the one they schedule to do your work. Izzy knows his stuff. He is polite, thoughtful, respectful, and darned good at his job. If I had questions or concerns he addressed them immediately and took care of everything. I thought Iâ d be stressed out with people in the house, or from having to move my stuff, but Izzy made that a nonissue for me. I knew at the end there would be a Punch List of items that needed to be tweaked or fixed, happily, it was two minor things, also there was a door casing that the home builder butchered originally, Izzy said he could fix it. Steve got us a price and we are getting that fixed too!! Hopefully from this review, you can tell I am really happy with CalBath and pleased with the work they did and the service they provided.

We were very happy with the service and the finished project. We had read other reviews. One or two were not favorable, but we did not have the experience that was mentioned in those reviews. We would recommend them.

Personable service staff and excellent communication with fast response time

Excellent work...great results..tub and tile surround look new for a very reasonable price...work was done in a timely manner, excellent clean up...honest guy who saved me $100 by not doing additional work that he felt was not needed.Removed and replaced fixtures where other companies would not include as part of the job.

When the job was finished and the paper was removed, the paint came off from the tape!! Now we have to hire a painter to remedy the job. Job cost over $1000.00 and we have had nothing but aggravation!! DE
