We had an issue where our water heater leaked causing damage to dry wall, rug padding, base boards in several rooms. After having a hard time with another mitigation & repair company I looked up California Restoration on My Home Advisor. Called them and worked with Abraham. He was able to come out same day to inspect the potential repairs. He was great with the communication and expectation of repair. Abraham was able to get me a quote the next day and schedule the repair for the upcoming weekend. The worker who performed the job was Arturo. He was great. Both he and Abraham continued communication and were punctual to agreed upon schedule. Arturo was able to get the repair done in a single day. He was able to find identical base boards to an older house and match the color to the paint for walls perfectly. The repair looks as good as new. I would recommend California Restoration. Their communication, and timeliness was amazing. Their pricing fell within the estimates the insurance adjuster provided. They were fair and upfront about the project and timeframe. Abraham was in constant communication with us during the process until it was completed. We are happy we decided to call California Restoration.

Oscar and his crew came in assessed the damage and were able to get to work on it right away. They completed the tear down, removed all of the damage and black mold and mildew caused by the leak, repaired/replaced anything that needed it and had our kitchen, office and garage back together and looking as if they had never been there or there had even been a problem. My only issue was it took longer than I thought it would (three week) but then I am not an expert in these areas. Bottom line they did great work and we are very satisfied with the results.

Armando was wonderful. Always on time, and kept in constant touch. He did an awesome job. They gave me a great deal, as I was paying cash. Will be telling everyone to hire them!!!!!!

Reading the other reviews makes me think, what more could I add? Instead I would like to join the line of people praising the work of California Restoration. In todays construction world, its rare and I mean RARE to get contractors to do things on time, on budget and with quality. Ive never experienced a loss in my home like this (kitchen fire) and I have to say even though I hope I never experience this again, I would call this team in a heartbeat. The entire team was not only competent, but also polite, dependable, informative, etc. VERY customer centric. These types of qualities are becoming less and less common in the marketplace. Thank you again.

We discovered a leak in the house late in the afternoon on a Friday, I researched restoration companies settleing for california restoration, their response was inmediate! and set the pace for the kind of excellent service and responsiveness I received from the crew sent to work on our dry out and repair. They did the following quality work for us: dry out of two rooms (kitchen and laundry), remove, replace, texturize, paint damaged drywall, remove wood flooring, repair wood cabinet damage (including matching stain color), install tile floor, move refrigerator when replacing flooring. They were very interested in our satisfaction and did things to meet our expectations, even when it involved rework. The job went smoothly, the cost was very reasonable, and we are happy with the results.

California Restoration deserves their high praises. I was panic stricken when we discovered mold in my sons bedroom. We tried to fix it ourselves but there was more than one leak. As soon as CR took over, everything was taken care of and the team is top notch (and also very courteous and clean). Turns out the mold extended into our kitchen and there was a lot that had to be done. I can not imagine anyone else handling this scary issue with so much knowledge, experience and perfect results.

Forget about all those contractor horror stories, California restoration IS AMAZING! after the remediators dried out my house from a flooding , then came the hard tedious task of rebuild and restore. being a girl who doesnt know a whole lot about construction and hearing so many horror stories i was very nervous and worried but they set my mind at ease and carefully explained everything to me. They were always on time and professional. my place looks better now than ever before!

A pipe broke in our bathroom which flooded a portion of the house. Project manager was very knowledgeable and concerned about our problem. He would contact us everyday and give an update on the drying out and restoration process. The personel that works for this company is experienced and were very nice and fixed anything that we felt needed to be reworked without hassle. The Quality of work was very good I would highly recommend using this company for any damage that may befall your residence.

We had a leaking faucet in a seldom used utility room. By the time the leak was discovered, it had destroyed the vinyl flooring and some of the drywall. We found California Restoration and we are very glad we did. They kept us informed every step of the way, estimates of the work to be done and time it would take were right on. I wish we could hire them for all types of construction work but am glad they were our contractors for this restoration project.
