Made extra effort to ensure my property was taken care of.

When we bought our house it needed a significant amount of electrical work! Chance installed and replaced outlets and switches, installed new light fixtures and fans throughout the house, hung televisions, added a gas line for a stove top, changed out faucets, added lights in our kitchen and even installed our pendant lights!! He was a pleasure to work with and his work was impeccable!! He made and designed cabinets in my parentâ s laundry room which I hope to have him do for us in the future!! Chance is always our first call for any home improvement needs!!

Chance Canary is absolutely the best and the first one my family and other family members call as well. I was extremely pleased with a custom wall nook with shelves to hold all a girl could need to get ready every day. Every thing has a place.. Chance was so great at taking an idea I had and making it even better. He has do e several projects for us and we are always so pleased with the end result.

Very strong attention to detail. They ran across a couple of issues but were competent enough to troubleshoot and solve quickly. Great communication throughout the project.
