We are a medical office that discovered a broken pipe in our storage area. Water covered the entire floor and into the adjoining hall and exam rooms. Burgess was here immediately and by lunch he had the water up and the drying vents in place. He came each day to check on the progress. When everything was completely dry, he put everything back in place. We were able to proceed with business as if nothing had happened.
