Todd came out due to my lack of water pressure. He accommodated my availability since I work full time. He was friendly, extremely thorough, explained everything, and was very generous with his time. He was able to increase my water pressure so I don't have to spend 2 hours watering my grass anymore but can run 2 hoses with sprinkler heads at the same time! I am incredibly grateful for his knowledge and help.

I needed a sump pump repair and received two quotes. Bulletproof Plumbing and Heating was cheaper by a couple of hundred dollars. They successfully performed the work as promised and I was impressed with the quality and customer service experience that I had Todd (the owner) quote another project to install new plumbing on a basement kitchenette we were installing. Again his quote was significantly lower than another quote I received and the end result was another quality project completed by his team. Since then I have used Todd and his team for a couple of other plumbing issues. He is very responsive to my texts/calls and it is comforting to know that he will always send the same plumber (Jesse) to address our issues. It is also nice to know that I can always count on Todd 24/7 to respond back to me and treat me as though I was his most important customer. His company is definitely is worth hiring to address your plumbing needs!!!

Excellent customer service, they went above and beyond to make sure we got everything done for our remodel and by our sell date. Also we are in quarantine and they wore all the protective gear they were supposed to! cannot recommend them enough! Bulletproof Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job in moving plumbing for bathtub. This was not a simple job as it required working around heat registers and other obstructions. They were very respectful of my home despite the inclement weather. They were on time and on budget. There was a county building permit pulled and they passed with flying colors. They had to complete an item that could not be done until the rough-in inspection was complete. They were back out in a timely fashion to complete the job. I can't speak more highly of Todd the owner. He was very responsive to my questions taking time to explain the process in detail. No question was to small and he always got back to me in a timely manner. Hard to find that kind of customer service these days.
