I previously rated low because we could not get a scheduled time to start the repair. Tod did come next day and finished the job just before ut started to rain. The next day we had a tornado warning and NO LEAKS !, Happy with what they did.

The men were true professionals and did not hesitate to answer any questions that I had. As they were tearing off a roof that was actually doing damage to the house despite being only 2.5 months since its installation, they went above and beyond by taking pictures as they did the tear off as well as of the damages that were found then also of the new roof as it was constructed. They never hesitated to answer my questions and offered information that I did not know enough to even ask. I am indebted to both Chris and Joshua for their expertise and patience. I will be recommending them should the opportunity arise!

Mike came to our house and listened to what we wanted, gave us plenty of options to choose from, was very knowledgeable about the products that they use and presented all of it to us in a clear and concise way. The workman came as scheduled, were very professional, did a great job installing our doors and completed the job as promised. I highly recommend them.

We needed a solution to a leaky, flat, copper-tiled sunroom roof. We received bids all the way from one bid of $46,000 to replace the roof with another copper roof, to others in the $7,000-$28,000 range to install a slightly pitched, new roof. The roof surface is under 300sf. We wanted to preserve some decorative elements on the roof edge, and some potential installers could not guarantee that. Bulldog suggested a silicone sealant solution priced under $3,000, a solution that would preserve the decorative elements. The sealant has a 10-year guarantee. Even if we have to re-do it in 10 years or so, the cost is still way under the other bids. While a silicone seal may be somewhat of an uncommon solution here in the Midwest, friends in NM told us that such sealants are commonly used on flat roofs in the Southwest. Also, the technician was great to work with; and, one more plus, Bulldog can also do the needed indoor repairs to the damaged ceiling inside the sunroom.

We contracted with Bulldog Builders to do an extensive project on our new bought house. They installed a new roof, repairing the roof were it was needed, took off old cedar siding that had been ruin by birds and squirrels and replaced it with LP Smart Siding. They insulated the walls and attic and used a waterproof barrier before siding the entire house and installing new trim. Soffits, facia, foundation protection and gutters were also part of the project. The house looks amazing! We could not be happier with Bulldog Builder's work. The Bulldog crew was professional, listened to our many questions, and worked very hard to finish the project in a timely manner. This large undertaking was carefully done from removal of the old siding to touch up painting. Their clean up of the property every night was greatly appreciated as well as their attention to detail, and the thoughtful manner the crew leader exhibited to give the best possible results. We would highly recommend Bulldog Builder's !

Awesome crew. Will hire Bulldog builders again. The project manager found area of emergent repair which we weren’t aware of and still came in at lower bid. Had two rubber roofs replaced with front facia replaced. Very knowledgeable and reasonable with great clean up and quick. Done and finished when they said in 2 days. Never met more honest and hard working group of contractors. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Bulldog installed Provia full replacement windows in our home. I appreciate that the sales professional did not use a high pressure approach that I experienced with other well known replacement window contractors. We were given several options and recommendations on the window replacements and we could not be happier with the results. The installation crew was wonderful. They were professional in every way from start to finish. Every day they were careful to lay down protective cloth to ensure that our floors were not soiled and at the end of each day the job was so thoroughly cleaned that you would not know they were there. I recommend Bulldog to anyone looking for the services that they provide.
