Very friendly staff No pressure

The crew that removed our old deck and built a replacement deck were amazingly talented in their craft and highly committed to complete the project in less than a week..despite days of cold and rainy weather. I am not sure they even broke for lunches. They had great respect for our property and the cleanup and haul away were quick and complete. They conferred with us about construction details, every step of the way. Our beautiful new deck is all that we dreamed of!

Tim and crew did a great job and were helpful on some design improvements during the building process. Jennifer was our initial interface and was very helpful. Once the work started and communication lines established it was fun to work with the crew. Everyone who has seen the work has been impressed.

We are very please with our deck, and have received numerous compliments on how nice it turned-out. The crew worked several evenings past sunset to complete the project on-time, on-budget. Took care of permits, inspections. Professional, hard-working yet down-to-earth crew we were very comfortable with. I would definitely recommend Building Character to others and will use them for any similar projects in the future.

Work was done in a timely manner. All inspections were taken care of. Our deck turned out beautiful although the actual plans were not followed.

I would give them more than 5 for they have integrity, excellent work, and being professional while making you feel comfortable.

The entire team at Building Character was talented and accommodating. Our project ran into serious complications but they were patient and immediately helped us address the problems, put together a plan for the fix, and fixed everything so they could proceed with the deck rebuild. I could not have asked for a better experience. We were lucky Building Character was on the job. The finished product is exactly what we wanted and done to the highest quality. The site was clean and orderly when they departed. I highly recommend them.
