I hired them to fix a crack in my basement wall around a pipe. They were the only ones that would guarantee it and not dig up the outside also. He was on time for the appointment and did a timely job. Minor disappointment is he did not repair/tape the insulation back and left some minor debris in the corner.
Response from Company:
It was not in my comtract to re-tape the insolation. I had left a roll of tape for him to use to save him money.

I feel the work he did was very good. I appreciated him calling in a soil engineer when he thought it necessary. I did not appreciate him not providing estimates on future work to be accomplished and no follow through on that work.

I could not provide an eatimates on future work. The home owner could not make up his mind on what he wanted done.

Doug's experience makes a big difference. He knows what needs to be done and gets it done with no fuss. His biggest advantage is that after working on the finished part of our basement he was able to do the work to cover up where the repairs were made with a great built in bookcase. With all the other water proofing companies I would have to deal with multiple contractors.

Douglas Ellison, the owner of Builders Unlimited, remodeled my bathrooms. His quote was very reasonable, he didn't charge me more when the job took longer than expected due to mistakes of the builder and he was great at making everything work anyway. His honesty and integrity are unquestionable, too, as he showed more than once. Suffice to say, after he finished my bathrooms, Mr. Ellison was our choice for my mother's basement remodel, for which his creativity and eye for balance and space have been as much help as his excellent work. His 40 years of experience, attention to detail, and love of his work show in everything he does.
