Craig was conscientious in several attempts to restring a pleated shade. The 25 year old shade eventually needed replacement and his crew were efficient. I had another pleated shade that failed and he took care of that quickly. If you need a new replacement share or a repair, contact Builder Blinds of Northwest Florida.
It was exactly what I wanted! Looks beautiful, Took pride in making sure it was all put up correctly! Only thing Was poor communication with me,!

Craig was the most helpful person to the overall finish to our home. Was professional and step by step on when the blinds would be in and did a very professional well done installation. If i had any issue and Craig was back at the house to fix the problem immediately.

Good Work
Ordered about $1600 of blinds and plantation shutters. I made an $800 deposit. The blinds were installed poorly. I had to have a second visit from another installer. The shutters were not installed after the promised 3 weeks. After 6 weeks I called and found out the order had not been started because the manufacturer said no money had been sent by the company. I canceled the order for fear that the company is having trouble.
The salesman seemed quite friendly and experienced. I ordered plantation shutters and gave a down payment of $2769.00. This was in July of 2018. I was doing remodeling and in December 2018, I called to have the blinds installed. I was told that the salesman was no longer with the company and had failed to order my blinds. I was then told that they would reorder the blinds and I could have them in 6 weeks, so Around February 15, 2019. I have since then tried on several occasions tried to contact the company by phone and by text with no luck. I am in the process of beginning legal action. Buyer beware.
