Work was fine but took longer than I expected...some of that was due to changes I made, but some work had to be fixed to my stisfaction. Communication was not the best....I would not recommend to others due to this....

Very professional in all aspect, Brian would drop in to make sure the work was being done properly and after he would walk you around to see if you liked the work done and we just complemented his workers job well done and price was right. I plan on calling Brian when I am ready for the interior of my house.

I had a very pleasant experience with Brian and the workers of Budget Remodeling, The workers were respectful polite and very professional , I am actually starting a new bigger project and I will be using them again.

The people are very nice but I got the feeling Brian was using our projects so that his crew could get some practice. The plumber/tiler was good but very slow and the painters kept having to come back to fix their mistakes (they didn't know how to cut in very well). The electrician was great! The guys who worked on the hardwood flooring on our stairs installed the wrong stuff and had to tear it out and do it again. All communication had to go through Brian--workers spoke only Spanish. There was way too much trial and error on this project for me to be completely satisfied. Brian expected to be paid for work that we did not approve.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
