    I have had B. Scroggins plumbing out two times. They have resolved my issue both times quickly, consisely, and professionally. I will acknowledge that $1,700.00 was a bit higher than what I expected for a toilet replacement and a scope of my lines this last visit. But they discussed the price, answered my questions, explained my issues, did the job and resolved my issues without any remaining issues. I would hire them again for future projects that are more than what I can handle quickly.

    The plumber that came to my house broke a part of my faucet, did not tell me. I called them about it, they have not sent out anyone to check on this. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Water is still running. Now I cannot change my temperature. The plumber that came had no knowledge of what he was doing. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR 100. 00!

    We had a great experience with Brian Scroggins Plumbing. Are tech Austin was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We were given options and after deciding, the job was complete in 3 hours start to finish. We would highly recommend Austin and Brian Scroggins!

    Check the Better Business Bureau website before hiring Brian Scroggins. He up charges (changes the price) customers based on their reviews submitted to Yelp and the BBB websites. He did the same to me and I am just trying to warn others about him so it does not happen to you. As a retiree, I am very disappointed in this young man is unethical practice. He quoted me a price to repair a broken water line in my yard, but when he finished he bumped the price up by $600. I also asked him to replace a water spigot for which he charged $675. I asked him about charging me $1,405 to fix a water line leak using a replacement piece attached to the original water line with 2 clamps (he showed me his work). He gave me some story trying to justify the cost. I regret hiring him and am hopeful he does not have the opportunity to cheat another person like he did me. I regret hiring him.

    Brian came to the house, located my plumbing issue very quickly and discussed all of the options I had for repair. He also discussed pricing and did not push me to take anything more than what I wanted. The job was completed and the technicians were friendly and efficient, and they cleaned up nicely when done.

    HomeAdvisor said a 1 year warranty garbage disposal on average would cost $185-$225 installed. This company charged $626 for their cheapest 6 month warranty model installed.

    The repairman was fast through and very knowledgeable in his job very nice in explaining what he was going to do in completing the job. Will use again when needed.
