Service provider called promptly, kept me apprised of arrival time, arrived on time. He assessed the washer thoroughly & stress-tested it to find the problem. Still no clear reason for the problem. But with a bit more observation, he discovered it & fixed it. Saved me from replacing the washer!

Went above and beyond with our dryer repair. Rhys pointed out some additional problems with our venting, and how to correct. Very neat and clean. Even cleaned behind my dryer before replacing it against wall. Could not be happier. Kept me informed if when he would be here etc. Great experience!!

Rhys worked for a very highly rated appliance company, and he was one of their top guys, and he was the one I would always ask for. He's fixed a few things for me, and he has jumped through hoops, met deadlines, and has truly gone out of his way every time. He's very honest. Rhys was so professional. He called me back right away, on a Friday afternoon and agreed to come take a look so I could have my dryer working by the weekend if possible. That's right! He made a decision to come on a Friday afternoon for my convenience. In fact, he brought the parts that he might possibly need to fix the dryer so that he could get it done without delay. No one else made this offer. I will recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest, hardworking and reasonably priced repairman. What a great guy!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
