Jan 21: I hired this company to cut 8 trees that were already on the ground and pile the logs up so I could use the logs later. They said there were more trees on the ground and it ended up being 13 trees instead of 8, so we agreed upon the final price and they started working. I had to leave to take my wife to the airport, so I paid them in advance before leaving to the airport. As soon as I left I had forgot something and I had to return home. They were already preparing to leave but they return to cut up the other trees so I left again. When I came back home from the airport there were 2 trees still down. I contacted Mr. Brown and he said the chain broke and injured one of his workers in the arm. I was sorry for what he told me had happened but he said it wasn't that bad and that they would return to finish the work some other day. Jan 28: I texted Mr Brown and he told me they would try to get back that week to finish the work. Feb 5: I texted Mr Brown again asking why they didn't come as I was told they would and on Feb 6 he texted me back to explain he was having health issues but he could send 2 of his workers. Feb 11: I sent another text to Mr Brown inquiring why the workers did not show up that week and what was the status. He replied that one had Covid, reason why they did not come. Yesterday (Feb 19): I sent another text to Mr Brown and I have not heard from him yet. Now I will have to hire another company and it will end up being more expensive than if I had to hire any other companies that contacted me in the first place.

There was some miscommunication with the doors. Also, the hardware does not match what we currently have on there. Not even close. We were told they will come back out and match that soon.

I was contacted very quickly after contacting Home Advisor. They were able to start the project the next afternoon and stayed until it was finished. They did a great job. Ryan was very easy to work with and did everything he said he would and in the timeframe we discussed. He and his team are wonderful to work with and I highly recommend this company.
