He made it a point to communicate with us and ensure our happiness throughout the process which consisted of a full basement waterproofing and reconstruction. The craftsmanship was unparalleled. John, In one word: incredible . First let me say your team of R, R and R. were very impressive. They were on time. They told me what they were going to do and did exactly what you and I had discussed. They were neat and the clean up was great. The job was finished in a timely manner . Second, about two hours after the job was completed, it rained so hard. The garage area, that was not part of the job, had puddles of water in it The sump pump area, where the job was done was bone dry!ð   ð   ð   I am very happy with what I see. Since the heavy rain, I have not heard the sump pump come on yet. I am waiting for that sound . Question, should the wall in the sump pump area be painted and if so, how long should I let the area cure? Third, I think we should take a serious look at the garage to determine, in detail, what needs to be done and the costs Fourth, please don't forget to text a copy of the agreement and the limited warranty. John the owner was very professional. He explained all aspects of the waterproofing work that was to be done. Any questions we had, he answered so that we understood what was to be done. He was respectful and pleasant during the entire process. When we left messages needing to speak to John, he was prompt in returning our calls or texts. John's crew was also professional and resp0ectful. They were thorough in performing the waterproofing job as John had explained it. The work was completed within the timeframe. The crew did a great job on the waterproofing as well as cleaning up the areas. We are very pleased with the completed. There has been an extremely heavy rain for an extended period of time since the work was completed. I can honestly say the water problem is no longer an issue--basement is totally dry. Brother's Waterproofing has been the most honest, reliable, meticulous, and hard working contracting companies I have ever met. John painted a clear picture of the problem our basement was facing and detailed out his solution to solve it. After that we never had to worry about it again. I watched the workers lay out the job site with methodical detail and an apparent effort to prioritize the quality of their work over all else. I could tell they take pride in what they do and the finished product shows that. Brother's Waterproofing is a company of the highest caliber and I can't thank them enough for the service they provided for myself and my family.

We deliberately waited to write this review to make sure that the waterproofing John and his team produced in our basement was reliable and effective, and it is crystal clear that they delivered. We had underpinning, waterproofing, wrapping, and structural modifications done to our basement by Brothers and we simply could not be more pleased with the result. We have experienced multiple torrential rains, heavy snows, anything nature could throw at the basement and the space has remained bone dry, and we are at the bottom of a hill, no less. Aside from the product itself, which I could not recommend more, Johns team was punctual, communicative, and fun to work with. They always let us ask questions and explained what was happening each day so we werent caught off guard. They kept the space clean throughout the project and washed everything off thoroughly after the final work was completed. They were honestly a fantastic group of guys to work with. John, himself, is commendable as a businessman and a contractor. We received quotes from what seemed like a rotating door of BS artists who told us they could do the work cheaply or execute less robust solutions for the problem, yet all told us to keep up to 20% extra in reserve for surprise costs (not welcome news when you are talking multiple tens of thousands of dollars). But, while John is an excellent salesman, he cut to the chase, spoke honestly and knowledgeably about the craft, and did everything in his power to keep the budget to the contracted price. He maintained communication throughout the project and would answer texts and calls any time, day or night. In summary, waterproofing is a dirty business. There are a lot of con artists out there, and our house had even been waterproofed by one of those con artists before we bought it. Brothers Waterproofing is the polar opposite. We would recommend them to anyone, and we have.

We hired brothers waterproofing to get our basement dry from lots of serious water issues. They did an unbelievable job. Our basement is 100 percent dry now. We work with many contractors so I can honestly say the professionalism, customer service and quality of work from brothers water proofing is absolutely 1st class. Highly recommend!
