BRP gave an accurate and reasonable estimate for our repair. I called seven contractors for a simple roof repair, and only four called me back. Of those four, Just at Broad Run was the only one who went out to the building to check out the damage and followed up with an estimate that was extremely reasonable. This was all during the week before Christmas, and he made the repair the day after we accepted the estimate. He's been professional and courteous, and we've been very pleased with Broad Run's work.
