As a Realtor I have turned to Brilliant Staging countless times for anything from consulting with my sellers about how to best use their items to full vacant staging. I never have to wonder how the end result will turn out, it's gorgeous every time. They use high quality furniture and linens, are extremely professional and detail oriented. If my sellers ever have a concern or questions it has been easy to get answers or make adjustments. I highly recommend Brilliant Staging and Design.

They're very responsive and a pleasure to work with! Their instant home service is absolutely life changing. I just relocated for work and my family and I were able to move into a beautifully furnished, ready to live in, stylish home immediately, without lifting a finger! This made our lives so much easier! We just showed up to our new home with our belongings and didnt have to haul any heavy furniture with us! I highly recommend anyone buying a new home or relocating for any reason to utilize this service! It's a game changer!! Worth every penny! I'm so glad I discovered that this service exists. Thank you Brilliant Home Staging!! We love our new home!

Brilliant Staging did a great job staging my house. They sent someone out and she was quickly took video and measurements that allowed them to plan the staging remotely and to give me an accurate price quote. The furnishings looked great and my house sold in the first weekend - FSBO. Their instructions to the homeowner were clear and the price was reasonable.

I am a very busy real estate Broker and needed a staging company to stage some high-end homes. While out showing homes one day to a client, I came across a home that was staged so beautifully that I just couldn't wait to interview the stager. Tanya Nazariya the owner came to my new 5,018 Sq. Ft. Victoria listing, took some measurements, and knew exactly what to do. I listed this house for $1.3M, but sold it for $1.7M. The staging made all the difference! Quality furnishings brought together to create a masterpiece of beauty. Two more home stagings later, and I am convinced this company is "Second to none!" They made the difference in the price and appraisal each and every time!! Their entire staff was polite, professional, caring, and everything just "clicked together" like a well oiled machine with a heart and passion for what they do. When it came time to destage, (no need to continue to shine.....but shine they did!! Well done! Definitely will keep using their services for years to come! WORTH EVERY PENNY! THANK YOU BRILLIANT STAGING!!
