They showed up when expected. They were very professional and set right to work. They asked if there was anything extra I wanted done. The fee was very reasonable, so much so that I decided to use them twice a month instead of once,

My house had not been cleaned for three months due to illness. I contacted Bright Day and they came as agreed on and did a wonderful job cleaning my house. They were very professional - on time and worked efficiently and the house looks great. I will be hiring them for ongoing services and may have them do windows as well.

I loved their work and happily stuck with them through their problems with illness and their car. But then they did not show and did not call. After many phone messages Israel finally called and told me of a family emergency and I again said no problem. But they did not show or call on the next date they had promised me. I called several times but got no response. By this time I would had leg surgery and called asking for his help. No response. I have left subsequent messages asking for an appointment but with no response. I am sorry and puzzled since he once said he did not want to lose me as a customer. I am still incapacitated and in no condition to shop for a new cleaner or to clean for myself Although he claims to be a long-term business owner as well as a Christian minister I have to give him a 0 for communication, compassion, and reliability.

Family owned, professional, courteous, fair and all around great folks. Service and quality unmatched. I have recommended them and will continue to do so.

I was very happy with their work! My living room and dining room carpeting was badly soiled . They were the first to respond to my request for cleaning. They were fast, tidy and thorough. The price was affodable -- and I only wish I had contacted them sooner, when the carpet became soiled.

Israel and his wife Brianna did an excellent job doing a post construction clean at our newest rental in Rio Rico. They worked quickly and efficiently to deep clean a very dirty house to make it move in ready for our tenants. My partners and I will reach out again to Bright Day Cleaning for future projects!

Had to cancel and reschedule but other than that the work was satisfactory and I am continuing to use this pro.

We booked an appointment with Israel. He called just before the time and stated his car broke down. As we had to have the windows cleaned for photographs and sale of our home the next day, he promised that he would be at our home the next day at 6:00 AM to clean the windows before the photographer. We called 4 times in a 3 hour period after the appointment time but he never returned our calls or came to clean the windows. Given the short time left I could not call another cleaner so did the work myself. I would not trust anything that was told to me by the business!

Tried to call day before service. Needed work done by the next day and he got sick and left me in a bind.
