Write a ReviewPrompt and good service
Fast, professional, worked clean, and came next day morning.
I was very happy with the job. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it within an hour.
On time, great communication, very professional. Will definitely use again. Was very impressed.
Enrique was professional and reasonable. He gave me an estimate on a repair job and came back the next day to perform the work. Very pleased with the end result. I would definitely call him again.
Good service and they got here right in time!
Super fast and super clean install. I had 2 emergency lights installed and they were up in no time.
Very professional. Met all deadlines. Cleaned up after themselves. All in all a positive experience. I would use again.
not hire this company. This company does not honor its own word, work or warranty! It starts off professional but ends up disastrous with everything falling apart. I have no choice but to take them to court! There's not enough room on this page to describe the awful experience I have had with this company, but I'll try to share as much as I possibly can. Electrical service repair was done to the Meter Can located at the outside rear of the house. Electrical service repair included replacing 200 Amp Breaker Box. Distribution Panel installed on 2nd floor attic. Replaced wiring from meter can to the breaker box. Replace receptacles, outlets, covers switches, light fixtures and troubleshooting. After the work was completed and payment was made, I discovered that two outlets were not functioning, despite both having new plugs and covers installed. The electrician tested the outlets and determined they were not functioning. He provided an estimate for the repairs, even though this was one of the reasons why I hired him. He then said he would return to carry out the work, to which I consented. One of the outlets is the only connection to my refrigerator and was one of the main reasons for hiring Bridge Servpro. Now, I have an extension cord stretched across the house to keep the refrigerator running because he is unreachable. I have called and texted, but he never answers or returns the call. This leads me to question how many outlets were simply replaced and covered up without being tested. Two kitchen lights have been installed. One of the lights began to flicker. I attempted to contact them again, yet there was no answer or response. Not only has the first light stopped working, but now the other kitchen light is out as well. Two ceiling fans were recently installed but are not functioning, leaving several rooms, including the kitchen, bedroom, and dining area, without lighting. Outside lighting is not working either. My home only operates on one source of energy and that is electric, and I am greatly concerned that more malfunctions will take place. I have had to purchase a home warranty to cover my electrical system in order to safeguard my home, family and to alleviate some concerns, as the company is unreachable. He claims his work comes with a warranty, but it's unclear how the warranty can be utilized if the company is unreachable. Having no response whatsoever has caused tremendous worry and stress. I never thought that I would be without a warranty. I have called, texted and left messages, but they don't even have the decency to return a simple phone call! This is bad business ! I invested more than $5,000.00 and the quality of work delivered did not meet my expectations. I also found that the breakers are overloaded. I was also overcharged $275.00. There were two workers @ $135/hour. They worked 4 hours each, (from 10:00 - 2:00) but I was charged 5 hours/worker. Two 15-amp gfcI @ $35 each, I was billed $75 instead of $70. These actions are reckless and demonstrate their carelessness. Do not hire this company!!!!!!!!!
They got back to me very quickly and were able to come out on that afternoon. We were grateful because the 'chirping' from the smoke detector was driving us crazy! They replaced the smoke detector with a new upgraded smoke and carbon monoxide detector. They kept in touch via text message about the timing of when they could get here. Professional service. I would recommend them!
