Hired them to do a job on a house I was selling and needed to fix damage done by the tenants that I used to rent to. The cost was a bit high, but was told it would look great when finished. At this point I just wanted to get it out of the way. However, when they were doing the job, they ran the AC ALL THE TIME! Ran up a $500 electric bill from when they were doing the work. They refused to pay saying that didn't do that. But, I went to the house and actually found it running when they weren't even there! Not very honest guys. I will NEVER hire them again.

I would be very careful about a contract with this person. Make sure everything that you want done or expect done is in writing, including but not limited to start and completion, exactly what will be done and not done. Monitor the work carefully and document everything. Also remember only 10% down on handyman jobs and some others. you can find a lot of info on the contractors state licensing board website. This person sound great but I did not find the work to be in line with the talk. From my personal experince with this person I would highly recommend that there are others that will do better and you will be happier.
Response from Company:
This rating is being processed for possible litigtion. The customer that submitted this negatvie rating failed to pay me for $2,000.00 worht of work, submittd bad rating, then wrongfully terminated my contract.

LETTER OF REFERENCE FOR BRAVO PACIFIC This letter of reference is written on behalf of Bravo Pacific, who provided drywall repairs, and finish work inside our family room and ceiling to restore my dry wall and fix the damage resulting from former water leaks. Besides being the client, I am also a licensed contractor with over 30 years experience in home repairs and the best critic for this job. I found Bravo Pacific management and staff extremely courteous, professional, with highly skilled craftsmen, and very responsive to our needs and accommodations during the repairs. The work was performed as promised and the repair work was found
