Derrick and his crew are superb! Friendly honest professionals who handled my water heater issue. No charge to come diagnose problems! Offered in house financing and got us hot water in just a few short hours with only my wife present at the time. Couldn't ask for better!

I cannot say enough great thing about Bossier Elite Plumbing! Derrick was very professional and thorough during the whole process of replacing my water heater. He and his worker were very neat, courteous, and explained everything to me. They even put on shoe coverings before entering my house and even closed the door behind them each time they entered and exited. As a single woman, I have had horrible experiences with professionals in the past, but Bossier Elite Plumbing has restored my hope that descent, hardworking professionals still exist! I highly recommend anyone with plumbing issues to call Derrick with Bossier Elite Plumbing.

Great service and friendly personnel! Derek came promptly (when he said he would) and got the water heater started temporarily when our home warranty people fizzled. Then, out of the goodness of his heart.returned on a Saturday morning to replace it. We are so grateful to have discovered a great company and friend!

Personable owner (Derrick) goes way beyond the norm to assist you in any way. He''s never in too big a hurry to answer questions. When our water heater quit, he came over, diagnosed the problem,and replaced the unit on a Saturday morning! Great service you can trust.
