They came in and removed and replaced two hot water heaters they went beyond their work of what needed to be done very thankful for them they we're very flexible with their time we got in contact with them the night before and they came right out the next day we we're up and running in no time they where very pleasant and polite. Dealing With the pricing I can say they where very reasonable I would recommend anybody to go to them at any given time they were awesome thank you so much guys we are definitely keeping you as our main source for our house repairs keep doing what you do!!

I had an emergency hot water tank issue that ultimately required a new hot water tank. Capital Region immediately responded to my request for help and came to my home in 15 minutes. Not only were they prompt but extremely courteous and were able to drain the old tank and provide a new A O Smith hot water tank in less than two hours at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Avi and Shawn(?) were very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and capable. I was able to trust them completely and it was deserved trust. They diagnosed, removed the old, and replaced the new water pump for my well within 2 hours, though I had only sought help a few hours before. I do wish they could have done it for less than the $3,000 it cost me, but I expect it to work well and save me money on my electric bill.
