Bryce (Owner) and his teammate did an outstanding job on my remodel, especially after being taken advantage of by another contractor, and even was able to slide my project in after finding this out. Very patient with my millions of questions, and even brought back some faith that all contractors arenâ t bad. They create a new laundry room for me. Converted the old laundry room into a new master closet. Installed new over stove fan, converted fireplace, redid shelving throughout my home, and fixed the support beam the previous contractors installed upside and created new pillars around my updated island. Drywalled and painted where needed. Outstanding job! Even tried to have him immediately start on my bathroom but they had a follow up jobs already scheduled. Would definitely recommend them to any and everyone.

Bryce was very professional and easy to communicate with on every part of replacing my garage center beam that was splitting and causing me concern. He did provide a detailed cost of materiel before starting the job. He was honest and hardworking to complete the repair work quickly. He cleaned up the area before he left. I was impressed with the work he accomplished. I will use him for any other work in the future.

    Response from Company:

Mr. Hinkley, Thank you for having me over to your home, for the opportunity to perform work for you, and for the great conversations while I was there. I am blessed to get to work with such great people. Thank you again sir

Bryce and Sam of Boschetti Construction have truly delivered an outstanding job in replacing our old railroad tie retaining wall and classic white picket fence. The craftsmanship they displayed in constructing our new flat-faced block retaining wall and classic cedar fence, in a board on board style, exceeded all expectations. The team recommended the materials and were flexible enough to incorporate our specific requirements concerning the height and style of the fence. They created a delightful, intimate space that provides privacy and security - our dogs now freely enjoy both the front and back yards! What sets Bryce apart is not just his exceptional skills but also his superb communication. He was transparent, accessible, and always ready to go the extra mile, ensuring a final result that was nothing short of top-notch. The compliments we receive on the fence seem to be never ending! In summary, we wholeheartedly recommend Bryce and Boschetti Construction. Their attention to detail, design sense, and dedication to client satisfaction are praiseworthy. We eagerly look forward to collaborating with them on future home projects.

    Response from Company:

Mr. James, we are continually blessed to have the opportunity to work for great people like yourself and Mr. Joey. Thank you for being so kind during the whole build process and for the incredibly kind words of praise of your experience. We very much enjoyed getting to be part of the transformation of your front yard, are thrilled you, and the neighborhood love it.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Bryce Boschetti Construction was paid just south of 6 figures to perform a siding job, rot removal, demo and rebuild of walls along with reconfiguring the layout of windows and the demo and replacement of a deck structure that wrapped around my home. This is serious work. One my family and I saved for years to do and moved into an apartment to get done. Bryce at the beginning was nice enough and straight forward. His bid seemed reasonable so I signed up for him to tackle the project. However as I observed Bryceâ s work I noted multiple questionable construction techniques including but not limited to the following. Improper knowledge of flashing of the drainage plain of a home exterior, including how to properly dry and flash windows and doors, usage of improper materials such as drywall screws for exterior use, face nailing of siding boards , incapable of properly flashing with metal an outside corner of a deck ledger ( I was told tape lasts 10yrs) he used tape instead, buried electrical connections in walls/ improper wiring of outlets and in general a bad attitude and unwillingness to communicate and ask questions. When I noticed procedures and techniques, I approached Bryce about them. He was very hostile, to the point of yelling at me in my neighborhood. Even after finishing the job he came back one time to correct an issue but did not show up for another repair I requested. On a job this size, you cannot possibly walk the entire thing in detail at completion and are bound to find things as you continue your life in the place. A few things Iâ ve found since I hired Bryce are as follows, he secured a post holding my porch roof up into the framing of my deck and not into a concrete pier in the ground. Over time the board has dried and separated from the beam, resulting in a crack in the structure and and the need to replace it. Iâ ve found multiple deck joists set upside down and even joist hangers found hung a full inch lower than the ones next to it. This results in an uneven deck surface where deck boards cannot secure evenly and appear bowed. He used a framing nailer to secure 17 windows. This results in cracked nailing flashing fins on the windows (I hope they donâ t leak and the flashing techniques I taught him hold). Iâ ve found that he used insufficient blocking in my deck ( there were spans 12ft long without blocking). Several windows or framing of walls were set unlevel. The list continues to grow and I fear what I wonâ t find. The guy may seem nice upfront, heâ ll work fast, but if you watch him and have even a medium level of understanding on construction techniques, you will be alarmed. The trick is, once a contractor has your home torn apart the last thing you want to do is stop progress. I plan to settle this issue in other ways once Iâ m finished documenting everything that was done incorrectly. AVOID THEM FOR ANY MAJOR PROJECTS.

We hired Bryce to remodel our master and guest bathrooms and are extremely pleased with the outcome. This was our first experience with a home renovation and we really didnâ t know what to expect. Bryce and his crew were very professional and skilled. They were honest and very hard workers! They were very punctual. Bryce texted the exact time he would arrive and he and Sam worked hard to complete the project on time and within budget. They were very pleasant and respectful, and kept the work area organized and as clean as possible. Bryce kept us informed as to his progress and regularly consulted with us to make sure the project was to our specifications. We are thrilled with Bryceâ s work and love our newly renovated bathrooms. Our experience with Boschetti Construction was very positive and I would happily recommend them to anyone interested in a home renovation project.

    Response from Company:

Ms. Nancy, We very much enjoyed the time at your residences and your project was quite enjoyable. Thank you for the extremely considerate and kind words. I know you will enjoy your new Master bath and I am grateful we had a hand to play in it.

Bryce gave me a detailed list of costs prior to the work so I knew exactly what to expect. His work is exceptional and he finished on time and within budget. Bryce is honest, hardworking and pleasant to have around. I canâ t imagine using another Construction company.

    Response from Company:

Miss Kathy, You and Mr. Bill were a true delight and it was a delight to work your project. Thank you for the kind words

Brice is a straightforward and hardworking guy. His crew was friendly, clean, and enjoyable. I have small children and did not worry about the job site being left a mess or dangerous with tools/supplies/or safety issues uncovered. His pricing was reasonable and they were timely in all aspects of the project.

    Response from Company:

Thank you Mr. Joe for the kind words and having us perform work for you.

Boschetti Construction did a GREAT job for us. During the coldest days of the year, we inadvertently discovered our gas fireplace unit had been dangerously installed and was a fire hazard. The local fireplace shop where it was purchased refused to fix the problem or even recommend anyone who could. We called Heritage Fireplace - their main competitor - and even though they didn't sell us the unit or install it, they jumped to assist us. Heritage recommended Bryce Boschetti, owner of Boschetti Construction to us. Bryce came out the next day, looked over the job, knew what needed to be done and gave us a fair price. They completed the work - which included removing the marble surround and multi-piece custom millwork - as well as some drywall. They installed the correct fireproof materials in the firebox to accommodate the insert. They then replaced the marble, reconstructed the millwork, painted the new drywall, touched up some small areas surrounding the trim and cleaned up everything when they were finished. Our fireplace insert is now installed according to code. We highly recommend Boschetti Construction for their high quality work, professionalism, and generally caring attitude and friendly demeanor. They provide other services as well, and they will be our first call when we embark on another project.

    Response from Company:

Thank you miss Dee for having us out to your home, for your wonderful hospitality, and being so kind. It was truly a pleasure working for you and Mr. Lary
