Bone Dry was the second service pro member that responded to my service request. The first company did not go on the roof, but stated a price. When I said I had another company the following day to provide an estimate, he offered a $250 reduction. Bone Dry did go on the roof, provided pictures of what was found and an a rational for the charges. They were respectful and considerate of my needs and did excellent and timely work.

In the past two years Bone Dry Roofing replaced my roof twice and still could not do it right the second time. The workmanship is shoddy. They also contract the roofing installations out to contractors who cannot speak english and who are not properly trained. The foreman had less than a year experience in roofing. Had I known this on the first day I would have not let them re roof my house. Neither roof was installed correctly first attempt they covered over rotted and broken wood. Second attempt they tried to cover over wood not cut correctly. The wood decking is exposed to the elements it hangs over the roof past the fascia board. Dripedge was hit with a hammer and bent over corners. They had to remove large sections of new shingles cause I caught them covering up shoddy work. Management did not stop contractors from performing shoddy work. I would never use this company again for anything. I have pictures from both installations. Do not let this company anywhere near your home. They do not have any respect for you or your home. My neighbor who lives next door also complained he could not let his dog out in his yard because the was so much trash from the job site in his yard. There were nails, plastic and shingles in his yard. I found a total of 18 nails in my gravel driveway after they said they checked it.

Five or six years ago I had Bone Dry repair a roof that was leaking. The repair person determined where the leak was, and told me what the cost would be for the repair. Because it was under $500, I did not bother getting any other estimates. We scheduled the repair for later that week. He arrived when he had said, completed the work quickly, cleaned up so you couldnâ t tell anything was ever done and we never had another problem. Fast forward to September 2019. I noticed a leak in our living room ceiling and immediately called Bone Dry and two additional highly rated companies. Realizing the age of the roof, I assumed it was close to the end of itâ s useful life. Although I had all three companies bid on the exact same materials and work, Zach from Bone Dry came in $200 less than the next higher quote and $2,000 less than the highest quote. Based on my prior experience, the urgency that Zach understood I was feeling and the price he presented, it was an easy choice for me to make. A few days before the job was scheduled to begin, Zach explained everything I should expect, from the delivery of the materials, to the cleanup and walk around inspection. He even sent me a text the night before with a photo of Seth, who would be the jobs supervisor. From the very beginning of the job, Seth communicated with me and kept me apprized with their progress. He texted pictures on a regular basis to the point that my questions were answered before I could ask them. The crew worked dawn til dark for three straight days and the new roof looks fabulous. After our homes and cars, the new roof is the third most expensive purchase weâ ve ever made. I feel totally confident that it will be protecting this house long after weâ re gone. And we plan to be here for many years.

Simply the best. I could not be more pleased with the quality and value. My porch looks new when I was ready to tear it down. Hire this company.
