    I do not leave reviews unless absolutely necessary, and this was one of those times. Bond contacted us 30 mins before the scheduled arrival to ask if they could come later in the day, which was totally fine by us. There was some issues with the text service so I followed up around 11am, where I was given the direct number for bond. I sent a message there as well as on the app with requested photos of the project space. By 5 pm, we had no further messages from Bond. While not hearing at all is unprofessional, I do understand people are busy and waited until today to hear back. Now halfway through the following day, I have heard no response from the bond, no attempt to reschedule, or communicate that there were any ongoing problems. We do schedule around people making commitments, and we are left feeling disappointed.

    The customer is absolutely 100 % correct. Our apologies, we were trying to juggle too many customers at once. In today heavy workload, we need to just slow down and take a breath. We again apologize . Sorry for the undue stress we caused.

    Greatly appreciate services of Bond Electric. Needed new heater replaced and work on electric panel. Todd was willing to go pick up the new heater for replacement and completion of electric panel services.

    I hired this company to replace my electric panel. I just recently discovered that they used recycled parts and I paid full price.

    Called for power outage in a bed room and I was immediately contacted by Black Hills Home services, They were prompt, extremely knowledgeable and fast working, They talked me through their finding and ensured that I understood everything before they proceeded. They also put on booties before entering and cleaned behind themselves. Absolutely Recommend, have already booked the next service. Thanks Home Advisor!!!

    Thank you Home Advisor for connecting us with Bond Electric! Tod (Electrician) was very professional, courteous, & knowledgeable. When he came by to give us a quote, he was very honest and straight forward about what it would take to do the job and doing it right. I got to see him do his work first hand till the end (very impressive). Price he charged was very reasonable! Everything I just described about him above is probably the reason why “Bond Electric” is always booked. But, if you have the patience and want good quality work. I’d highly recommend Bond Electric! Tod, you’ve earned my family’s trust and we’re already planning on more projects for you to look at (hope we catch you on a not so busy time). 10 Stars!!!
