Does not show up on time and paid him half upfront and he kept asking for money before the job was done. I am not too happy with the quality of work that he did. He left a lot of brush and branches that I had to pick up myself. He would knock pickets out of my fence while doing the work and not even bother to put them back up. Thumbs down!

callback took 2 days.after start work did not come back when told.called to confirm completion day.did not receive call but did show up day later

He said he would be at our home on Saturday didn't show up and didn't call either until Monday. He didn't trim the bushes in front of our home like his estimate said he would. Terrible experience.

We started by agreeing on a price to my landscaping project. He asked for an advance but instead we met in the middle by me buying the supplies for the project. They started by coming on and off, practically begging them to stay focused on doing our patio. He didn't do five to six projects as promised in three days. He left mortar to which I had to scrape off. That is just one of many poor examples. We heard his point of view and he never returned my calls. Ken promised at least eight times to show up and he never did. To date, my job has not been done. I have been getting involved too heavily and Ken was in over his head with poor workmanship, lack of professionalism and he can't be trusted.

The project was not done correctly. He did not show up on time. He did not treat his help right. He left the worker in the cold and did not show up after an hour and half. We paid him for the job, but he never finished the project. I will never hire him for any project.

Very good service and landscaping techniques to my front & back yard in Grand Prairie, Texas. Quite creative anf easy to work along with. I highly recommend Kenneth Peck to any new home owner or someone who wants to re-work their yard.

I am taking off .5 points on customer service just for appointment taking a couple of extra days to make. This due to having the address I gave written down wrong. Kenneth did make it out and was able to do the work right away. He knew I was under a budget and worked with me on this. He did all the work and more than I paid for. This is my daughters house and I am recommending that she have Kenneth and Bonzai Garden and Landscape do a monthly service so her yard does not get as bad going forward.
