Bobby was very friendly, and most of all, efficient. He repaired and rebuilt everything I needed in both my bathrooms. He did a great job, and I would definitely give him a callback when more work is needed.

He has not dealt with me in good faith. Came on 04-02-2019 with promise to return on 04-04-2019 to finish repair on toilet in mb due to no time on 04-03, 04-05 and; 04-06. Said he would call on that day but he never did. I texted twice and called twice; he avoided me. I paid $867.43 for install of 3 bathroom faucets and kitchen faucet that I had purchased. Today is 04-05 and still no call. I dont recommend him.. Communication not avoidance makes for a good company. Now I had to call another plumber to repair the toilet. The $867.43 I paid covered the cost as per his agreement to install parts for toilet I purchased through him. Lesson learned dont pay this guy until he has completed the job. He could have finished the work on 04-02-2019 but he came late @11:30 AM and left the house for an hour and a half; the Home Depot is just down the street to purchase flex lines, etc. I DONT RECOMMEND HIM.

He installed a backyard drain. Difficult work, took all day but Bobby did a great job. Will use him again.

Bobby is young but knows his plumbing. He was on site during the delivery and set up of our new appliances and was able to change out lines to make everything work. He will be on my speed dial.

Bobby did an outstanding job replacing my water heater. He charged a fair price, and was very honest about the charges up front with no “add ons”. I am always skeptical of people, and have my guard up against being taken advantage of, but Bobby proved to be trustworthy and a real goo person. I highly recommend his services and will hire him again when the need arises.
