Mr. Culley did alot of research and even when we didn't get the answer we expected, he didn't give up. Wonderful experience. Wonderful service. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of testing.

I did not personally meet Bob. I set up the appointment with my husband. My husband said that Bob was very friendly and professional and was an overall wonderful Christian. He helped to save us money by recommending things that we could do in order to prevent further mold problems in the future. It is obvious that Bob is not in this business for the money but he cares for his customers. His secretary, Teresa, was also very friendly and professional over the phone. Thank you Bob for helping my husband and I to provide a safer environment for our children! :-) I will definatley recommend this company to others who need these services.

Bob is very professional, and his report is easy understood, but his report went to my spam mail, so I would suggest after send out the report , call the customer or text them, let them know you already done.

Bob is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He scheduled an appt for me right away. My only area for improvement is that he took longer to contact me with the results than he told me it would take. I would recommend him to anyone else who needs his services.

We will gladly accept a 4.5 out of 5.0, but I am a little confused about the "longer to contact me" comment. The tests were taken on the 13th, processed by the lab on the 14th, and the report was sent via email on the 15th. One of two email addresses did not work that was given to me by the client but the other one worked the first time. I will try harder to make sure we communicate properly to our clients on the process.
