We needed a replacement timer for our dryer. Rob was efficient and knowledgeable. Our repair ended up requiring three trips to the parts store, which Rob took care of personally. He maintained a good attitude and assured me that the dryer would indeed get fixed.

I had a difficult time scheduling my appointment with the front desk. However, after the miscommunication, Rob called me personally and came out to check out the broken wires on my stove. He apologized for the miscommunication and was very helpful with the problem. I appreciate his responsiveness and the work he did for me!
