The job of washing the roof was fine. In the process, he killed several plants and damaged our lanai screen. He was willing to pay for the plants but not the screen. We had just had the screen repaired, so we know it was fine before he arrived. He was very kind, but we could not come to an agreement.

Mr. Gary H First off I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. I strive to satisfy every customer I work for. Unfortunately we got hurricane wind damages and I explained to you some of the foliage has wind burn from the storm prior and was willing to even replace it to satisfy you. The screen lanie also had prior damage to it from hurricane Ian as well. I explained to you that I was not even capable of touching them due to us using a soft wash system to clean the roof and showed you the prior damage all across the screens from the 144mph winds. I offered to send a company to repair sections and you responded to me that you want every.
