Everything seemed to be going alright. Chris showed up on time and gave me an estimate to replace my skimmer, which I agreed to. The next day a manager came over to look. He told me they could also replace my auxiliary pump. I asked some questions about that and he said to purchase my own pump to save money. I did, then was told they would not install the pump since I did not purchase it from them and they would not be able to warranty the motor. The motor comes with a warranty and the instructions state it is only to be installed by a pool professional. The office even quoted me an installation price. When I called to schedule the install, they would not do the job. I was told the employees must have been mistaken about this service. The skimmer project turned out. A plumbing crew showed up without calling and started working and I was not home. They did not speak English. They got dirt and cement in the pool. There was no follow up call or visit from Blue Ocean.

Blue Ocean Pool Serviceâ s is the best Pool service companies Iâ ve ever used. Down to earth, professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable. If you already have a pool service company, you should give these guys a shot. You will not be disappointed.

Professional, friendly, thorough and very dependable!!!! We never have to worry about if our pool is being cared for properly. I love that they give us a notification before they are arriving on our service day. They make it easy to communicate with them without the hassle of a phone call. Then, it is nice to receive a full report of the service upon completion. I highly recommend Blue Ocean.
