Blue Ladder Roofs had a very customer service oriented team. Dave worked with my stingy insurance company (State Farm) to get my roof and gutters replaced after a hail storm. The job was done quick and well. When they bumped my garage door accidentally, they made it right so I canâ t be upset. Accidents and hail happens. I would do business again. Thanks.

My husband, daughter and me were on a walk today, when we noticed we had lost a shingle. The radar showed rain was headed towards us. My husband was busy working and could not fix it and I am not sure I wanted him to as it was a pretty steep part of the roof. I looked on Home Advisor and was referred to called 2 places. BlueLadder Roofing answered right away and said they could be out right away. Within 2 hours they were here, fixed it and charge a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future! Thank You!

Austin is tenacious with following up with insurance companies. After we were denied the first time with State Farm, he came back and got the job accepted for insurance and got the job done right, even fixing what the builders did wrong when they built the house 15 years ago.
