This company comes highly recommended. Joel and his staff are very professional. Communication was excellent throughout the course of construction. They managed to complete the project in a timely manner with no long delays throughout the project milestones. Joel did not hesitate to ask questions to make sure we resolved issues that were not clearly detailed in the landscape architects drawing and offering advice on what he recommends. Joel did an excellent job of capturing the changes and adds to the project both in scope and cost. His staff left the job site safe and clean everyday. Overall I could not be any happier with the outcome. My family and I spend much time in the back yard and my front finally has curb appeal. Joel was also the one who recommended Tammy. The landscape architect that prepared my project plans. She also comes highly recommended. Great communication even after the project has been completed. I completed my project almost a year ago. Joel and his staff have continue to maintain the landscape and they do a great job at making sure the site looks tip top.

New sprinkler system and lawn installed which were good. Contracted for twice monthly lawn maintenance. In July after more than a month of no one coming to mow lawn, I called Joel's cell phone multiple times and left messages and also called office and left message. Nobody to date has returned my calls. Very unprofessional to say the least. My rating of this company has gone way down.

It was very expensive. Very efficient about the installation of the sod. The grass was beautiful for three or four days then it started to die out in spots. The whole yard of new grass was dead after about three weeks. I called them about any guarantee and the answer was I should have gotten the Fake Grass that he quoted. Not a good follow up in response for that price. No recommendation!!!!!

Great communication and great value. They provided options so that I could choose that which was right for my budget.

I am a local Realtor and have worked with Bloom & Lawn for multiple properties to prepare them for the market. Joel and his team are easy to work with, priced competitively, and show up on time! They have done everything from cleaning up front and rear yards, to re-mulching, to trimming massive bamboo trees. Highly recommend.

Joel and his crew did a very good job of putting in a new sprinkler system and lawn for me after my former gardener completed about half the work and abandoned me and the project with my money.
