Marcel did an amazing job refinishing my wood floors. Beforehand they had some significant water damage, but Marcel made them look like new. He was very responsive for scheduling and answered all my questions. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.

He made eye contact while explaining the process , giving suggestions for other questions/ jobs we had, His pricing was fair, but when we told him we had the materials for him to use, he made a price adjustment on the spot. Marcel stopped by on November 12th to come take a look at my house and to get estimate for the work needed (installing laminate flooring). I had mentioned I was aiming to get my floors done by thanksgiving, he told me he could get get it done on time. So I removed all my old carpet the following day so he could get straight to it. He finished the job at a perfect timing and gave me enough days to get my house setup for thanksgiving. He did an excellent job, all my guest that I had over really liked the way he did the flooring and even got some of them looking into going through marcel to get their floors done!

Marcel and his 360 flooring team were so easy to work with. They had great communication and were able to meet my tight time requirements.
