I have been a Blantons customer for several years now and have always been really impressed with their service and workmanship, but this was my first experience with their plumbing staff. Tim D. was the plumber they sent to help us and he was absolutely awesome!! His knowledge of what needed to be done to fix our issues was dead-on accurate and we are more than satisfied with the quality of his work. He will be the person we request for our future plumbing-related projects in the very near future! This dude is for real, folks! If you have a plumbing issue, call Blantons and ask for Time D. He will have you squared away in no time!

I was able to speak to customer service late on a Friday evening to make an urgent appointment. That was a pleasant surprise. The technician called me and explained the issue clearly, and offered me repair options. This is the 2nd time I have used their services for HVAC repair. I will continue to call on them for any future issues.

I've used Blanton's for several years to service my heat pump system. Yesterday I had Bobby P. as my tech and I couldn't be happier. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service, he arrived on time, was friendly and explained everything that he was doing. I truly believe my unit received the best service it has ever had. I hope that I can get Bobby P. as my tech on my future service.
