Blaik's Fence Staining & Pressure Washing

I found Bill Blaik on Home Advisor for my 72 year old disabled Aunt. He came out gave her a quote on power washing and painting/staining her deck and new cedar rails. He came out in July of 2023 to do the job. Power washing went fine but the painting and staining of the deck and new rails did not go well. The deck floor barely had one coat of paint with areas that were untouched. The new cedar railing was quoted for two coats of UV clear but that did not happen. Thereâ s areas that were completely missed and nothing got a 2nd coat. He said he would be back out but he had a car accident and hurt his back. He told us he would contact us in the spring to finish the job. He was already paid in full at this point for a total of $3888. Come April of 2024 we reached out numerous times to see when he was available to come finish the job but have not responded to any emails or phone calls. This is very unprofessional and I do not recommend his company.

This was the best home improvement experience Iâ ve had in a very long time. Very customer service oriented, was timely, and let me know what was happening every step of the way. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

Nabil a nice guy. But he promised me he would smooth out the rough spots on my deck and provide a nice smooth stain that we can walk on our bare feet. We cannot. The stain work is spotty, there are clearly some spots that need to be touched up again. Did not smooth any of my rough spots and my daughter gets splinters still. I was not satisfied with the job and let him know, he promised me he would return to fix it but that was a month ago and I have not heard from him since. This is the last time I will be nice to a contractor and pay them in full when the job is not done satisfactorily. I would recommend hiring someone else.

Nabil Blaik's Fence Staining and Pressure Washing was one of the best companies I have ever worked with. He was very respectful, honest and professional. The job was done in a very timely manner. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the project. I wish we could have more individuals like him in this world. He takes pride in his work, and has the highest integrity. I would definitely recommended him to anyone who needs their houses or decks taken care of. My deck looks brand new. Completely satisfied.
