Paul and his crew were very thoughtful and cleaned up at the end of every day. We share a fence with 3 neighbors and they made sure the paint did not get through to their side of the fence. If it did they had the touch up color for fixing. I wanted a 2 tone fence so there was a lot of cutting in on the 2x4 posts. Paul and his crew from Black Rock Handyman are simply fabulous! We are so happy we discovered them on the threebestrated website. We had them remodel bathroom, repair and paint exterior of house, some painting interior, fix water damage on living room ceiling, electrical work, and a few smaller jobs like installing lights, doors, and a mailbox. First off, he is incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and very creative and skilled. Whenever they encountered an issue with our home, we talked it through and they always had great suggestions that fixed any problem our house was experiencing. He is a problem solver and does beautiful work. He has a great relationship with his crew and it was fun to witness their magic. Hire this company, you will not be disappointed! Reno/Sparks/Carson/Lake Tahoe area is lucky to have this caliber of talent. We will be hiring them in the spring for deck/fence repair and shed install. I have to point out this story...Paul had to go under our house for one issue and discovered water damage unrelated. Instead of ignoring that, he promptly informed us that he wanted to figure out what was causing this problem. All current repairs were put on hold, he discovered the issue and explained how he could fix in an inexpensive way, knowing it might delay him by a few days, saving us thousands of dollars down the road. We can't thank him and his crew enough. AMAZING!!!

Paul scheduled my appointment for mailbox repair for 1:00 p.m. He had a previous a.m. project rescheduled, so he called me and came in the morning instead. He's a nice, polite, friendly man who knows what he' doing. He repaired my mailbox very quickly. He's now my go-to handyman. Black Rock was an excellent choice.
