Provided a professional line item level detailed quote. Main reason I chose them. Had one other company come out. Took multiple requests to get a quote in writing. Could tell he didnâ t want to do it. Even asked, â what, do you think I will change the quote?â As it is unreasonable to ask for it in writing. Then took several days, and when he sent it, it was handwritten, with no line item details.

Unfortunately my storage unit had mold in it and my prior movers had to quit working due to the lack of safety conditions of the unit. I did not know what to do and received several quotes for mold remediation from multiple companies. A few were unable to do the job but Bio One was up for it. Although I was looking to inquire for the next week, they had a cancelation the next day and immediately got me on the books. I was unsure of what would be the best route in ensuring the safety of our family but they educated me on the process of the inspection, removal, disposal and treatment of the remaining items. This went so smooth and quick. They brought a team of guys that were on it! They allowed me to be on site at a safe distance and guide them on what could stay vs go. However, they did share that they would make the best judgement call when it came to certain things that would not be able to be remedied like our beds, linens and sofa, etc. This was tough but they helped me to understand the severity that if it is a porous object it may not be saved since the spores could seep deep within. I understood and appreciated their expertise so much they definitely helped me to not only feel safe going forward but comforted that although I had this unfortunate experience we were going to make it over this hurdle and not bee harmed in the process. When the job was complete they shared to make sure I removed the boxes as soon as possible and I am glad I did within the week because there were things inside them that also got molded as well. I would not have normally done this as I usually like to keep my boxes but so fortunate and blessed that they shared this privy information! To the Bio One team, Rebecca, Brian, Clay, Carter, Easton, & Slade thank you for your service, being so understanding and helping me through this difficult and rather burdensome time. This was such a blessing to get this completed and off my shoulders before the new year. I am forever grateful for your generosity and assistance. Thank you again from the Dash Family.     We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
