Write a ReviewThis company was hired to move my furniture in storage, Grayson was very friendly when he was wanting my service and finding out I had used the company before they brought it over almost three years ago. I gave them a chance only to regret it when finding help to go into storage seeing that they had damage my ten-thousand-dollar couch and my kids and I beds. I called and texted them asking them to reach out, they never did, I called again and spoke with Jermey he then wanted to say I had scratches already on my furniture. I told him he was a lie send me pictures, he never did. I reached out to him three times, only to keep getting told the same thing as if he sent me emails. He claims he don't know why I'm not getting the emails but would have someone else send from their computer. Of course, they still never sent it. I found all the emails they sent me and copied the emails names in asking that someone reach out to me with the insurance information Cynthia Wallis, Claims Specialist emailed me back and told me she handles claims. I explained to her what happened and sent my pictures, only for her to make it my fault for not reaching out within these three day window time they have to scam folks out of not being able to file a claim and offered me a $100 good faith for my damages as if I was filing the claim to get over like they do their customers. But to add even more insult to injury she told me I should not have never left the movers unattended, this company will reap what it sows

The 2 men that moved my belongings were very professional and very nice. I well hire them again and recommend them to others.

Excellent move crew!! I would use them again in a heartbeat. My only complaint is my $10k bedroom suite sustained some minor damage. It wasn’t significant enough that it’ll prevent me considering using them for future moves though.
Not a broken item and split delivery between storage and apartment went smoothly.
Unprofessional, no concern for homeowners property. Damage to both dressers. Damage to king mattress. Lack of concern for homeowner, kept us waiting for 1hr 40min. Was emailed and texted that arrival time was 9am. Didnâ t show up till 10:46am. Office said there was a two hour window stated in text and email. No weâ re does either state that.
Did not show up with the supplies that I was told would be available for things like my HDTV which ended up breaking during the move and the movers were pretty slow or lacked any hustle from start to finish.
They did damage to my appliances, the house we were moving out of and left some things half done.
