I would not trust or recommend this company. They have failed to diagnose the root cause of the my AC problem from the first call. I had to call them three times for the same issue till finally was determined that the unit needed replacement. The first call they claimed to have fixed the issue and got paid. However, few weeks later, it failed and again came out and claimed to have fixed the problem and got paid. However, few weeks later, the third time their tech determined that the unit failed/burned out due to overheating (root cause) and needed a new one. So the money paid so far have gone to waste.

As most people, from experience, itâ s very challenging to find honest, caring services out there. I was in great need of cleaning all AC ducts and coil in an apartment Iâ m renting. I found these guys through an Ad posted on FB. The deal offered seemed too good to be true but I took the risk and asked them to come for the appraisal. I had Neo. And I do highly suggest you ask for Neo. He came out on timeâ which by the way the communication is beyond what Iâ ve ever experienced. So appreciated the technology they use to communicate. Neo: one of the nicest, honest and caring personâ he explained in detail everything I needed to know down to the costs, the process. They will require a small deposit: donâ t worry itâ s fine. These guys are the real deal. Neo and his working partner came in, cleaned all ducts, painted them (this is crucial to do) and then acid washed, rinsed and sanitizes the unit coil. I donâ t know how else to highly recommend this company. Ask for Neo!

Neo was very thorough in explaining what he had to do with the fiberglass vents we have in our apartment. He also showed us before and after pictures of the vents and the coil f the A/C unit. He did an amazing job and our apartment's air quality definitely feels different. I would totally recommend him to my friends and clients.
