I wanted a fireplace mantle and surround built. I got quotes from a couple of people but decided to go with John and I’m so happy that I did. He did a magnificent job, John did his thing y’all!!! I highly recommend him, you won’t regret it.

John and Ron are the best. I live at Topsail Beach which is the epicenter of a bunch of shiftless jack leg handy men. John shows up when he says he will. He provides a fair estimate and then actually does what he said he would do. I have received lower estimates but had no faith that these bubbas could do quality work. His knowledge of carpentry and construction techniques is high level and he works until the job is done. He also makes helpful suggestions. Most importanrly, I find him to be forthright and honest.

Big John s Handyman and Carpentry LLC works fast and EFFICIENT!!! They were very friendly, they were willing to correct mistakes due to poor communication on my part. They showed up on time and when they left they left the work area spotless. They even did a final walkthrough to guarantee everything was to my liking. They were very affordable and non price gouging. I would definitely hire again for future projects!
