I hired Chad and his crew in August for a 1 bedroom apartment load into a U-Haul. To start he was over 4 hours late and when he arrived we asked for masks to be worn however, he did not. We were in a time crunch so we needed the assistance. The move took so long as he and his partner were tired from a previous move. My items were thrown haphazardly into the uhaul and several items were damaged in transit. However, the big issue was the overcharge. I was charged 500 dollars plus a 50 retainer deposit that did not go towards labor. When I brought the overpayment to Chads attention I received no call back. I then began to reach out to corporate and leaders and just calling when Chad finally reached out. He agreed that I was overcharged and that he and his moving team were late. He stated in written format in Thumbtack that he would refund me 150. Luckily I saved and screen shot because Chad has now removed them from Thumbtack. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I do not recommend anyone to use this service. They are late and dishonest. Find a better and more affordable mover.

  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
