Nicole arrived prepared and on time to complete my air quality job. She was thorough and explained all the work she was completing as she was going from room to room. Along the way she made some recommendations that would help with my current allergy situation. She spent more time with me than I expected and went above and beyond all my expectations. There were no hard sales although I did purchase some products that would help with my allergy problems. She also provided feedback on an active water problem and possible mold issue that I have in my utility closet. She provided valuable insight and suggestions on how to handle the situation with my builder and what could be done once the water issue was resolved. In just a few days I am already feeling better and my breathing is better and the allergens in my home have gotten better. I would highly recommend Nicole Walsh and Aerus as they genuinely care about you and your health concerns.

If youâ re looking for top-notch air quality services, look no further than Aerus. From the moment Nicole stepped through my door, I was treated with the utmost respect and it was obvious my concerns were her #1 priority. She hit the nail on the head and provided the perfect solution to my concerns and the issues I was having in my home. The air quality in my home has never felt better (including when I first moved in). The services were provided at an extremely fair rate, and significantly lower than their competitors offering the exact same services. Got their number saved in my phone now, definitely a customer for life!

I am having a water issue on a property new to me. I have no knowledge in this area. Turned to Angie's list for help. Nicole was the first to contact me and was professional from the start. She was available the next morning, and we set an appointment. Upon presentation to the appointment, she was dressed the part. Carrying testing equipment in both hands. As we got started, she not only looked the part but owned it. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Her expertise shined as she began making tests on the water. Explaining everything so you can understand it. She was thorough, comprehensive, and very obvious she was very skilled in her field. At completion of the visit, she gave me written results for all we had talked about. I was then told there was no charge for this visit. It was a free estimate. No over sell or embellishments. Just recommendations for the issue. How refreshing it is to receive true customer service with integrity and real professional ethics. Sure, there are probably other companies our there that are good. But if you are looking for exceptional, knowledgeable, and real professional service. The buck stops here. Thank you, Nicole, for teaching me so much today. I look forward to working with you and your company as we move forward. Give them a call and see for yourself. I highly recommend them.
