We just had our kitchen completely renovated by Beverly Builders Group, and we couldn't be happier with the end result! Lawrence was our contractor and he fully brought our vision to life!!! My family and I went out of the country while the kitchen renovations were done and Lawrence took care of everything for us. He was super easy to get in contact with when we needed him or had any questions. He honestly went above and beyond for us and I loved how transparent he was about the job along the way. I've worked with other contractors in the past that weren't so honest and it was such a nice experience this time around. Emily was our project coordinator and designer and kept us updated daily on what was happening. We were always in communication with her and she overlooked our shopping list of all appliances so nothing was missed on our installation dates. Their team was amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best! We were so happy with them that our master bathroom

Kitchen and M. Bath My husband and I were facing our first remodeling project as first time homebuyers. We are so happy that we chose Beverly Builders Group for our kitchen and master bath remodel project. They did an amazing job! Roy and Lauren, were my leaders and designers, they came out to meet with me personally to discuss my needs and the vision that they have for our remodel project was stunning. They both really listened to me and also offered great suggestions and design advice. The team assigned to our kitchen master bath remodel project - from the demolition guys and frames to the tile guy, electrician, plumber, etc...were top-notch and did great work. During the entire process, if we had a question we could always call the office directly at any time. Now we want to remodel our other bathroom and garage. We did not even have to think twice. We will definitely go again with Beverly Builders Group for such a fantastic job the first time that we wanted them to do our next remodeling job too!

I have been through three separate remodeling projects over the past 6 years and this is the first time I would recommend (happily and highly recommend) a company. Roy was absolutely wonderful to work with. His communication was impeccable, he answered all my many questions and was a true partner throughout the process. We did a full kitchen remodel, including tearing down a wall and raising the ceiling. We also added some work in the living room removing a soffit and remodeling the fireplace, as well as some work in the powder room. We were able to work out a budget and keep the cost to a reasonable range. The workers were professional and stuck to their proposed schedule. The whole crew was fantastic. Everyone is so good at their jobs and also just genuinely nice people. And so clean! No one ever left trash anywhere - not one soda can or wrapper. And they routinely came to take away any debris from the demo and remodel process. We will definitely call Roy and Beverly Builders Group

We hired David and Noah to do a gut renovation of our home in Santa Monica. We decided to hire them after interviewing six different contractors. From the initial phone call I had with the office I knew these guys were different. We were impressed to find that they were the only contractors to ask that I forward the blueprints we had so that he could come to the meeting prepared. When we met we immediately felt comfortable entrusting our new home to his company. Our project ended up being more difficult than we originally had thought. Some walls we wanted to remove were structural and almost every wall had plumbing. David and Noah, and their entire team handled each surprise like seasoned pros and these challenges did not stop their team from delivering the home we had envisioned. Santa Monica is also very strict with inspections. The office was scheduling inspections every time we needed and was very patient and professional working with the city. The quality of the work has been great and the team even occasionally reaches out to make sure everything is ok. I would not hesitate recommending them. At the end of the day they are really great people with a terrific team. They are professional and they stand by their work.

We suffered a major leak last year, causing an immediate need to remodel our kitchen. We interviewed six general contractors prior to making our selection, asking nearly every question we could think of to ensure we made the right choice. From the very first meeting, we knew Elron and his company was the right fit for us. Whereas each of the other 5 candidates gave various (sometimes opposing) solutions for the soffit in our kitchen, Elron was the first to get his hands dirty to find out what was feasible and cost-effective. He was a straight-shooter, set proper expectations and followed through during the entirety of our project. His subcontractors were all top notch and worked hard to ensure we were happy with the final product. Our entire kitchen remodel took 5 weeks from start to finish (including Christmas and New Years). The teams were clean, courteous, and detailed. Jordan was a great help on the design aspect of the project. She joined us on our shopping trips to find countertops, flooring, and backsplash and provided helpful recommendations for hardware and other finishing touches. Her eye for design was spot on and her connections in the trade made the entire process so much easier than had we tried to wade through on our own. We love our new kitchen and had a great experience with Beverly Builders Group. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality home renovations and plan to use them again in the future for our next set of projects.

It is my pleasure to review Beverly Builders Groupâ s remodel of my home. I had the great fortune to have received the recommendation to hire Elron. I have had a great experience with him from the beginning to completion of my project. I had interviews with 4 other contractors and was very disappointed that the others did not offer any suggestions to help improve my project with advice for better function or improved aesthetics. Elron immediately stood out, lending his expertise and guidance to create an excellent result! He managed and oversaw his team, to make sure that I was satisfied every step of the way. I had the comfort and confidence that Beverly Builders Group has their own team that they use consistently. Elron managed the team professionally and obviously had a good relationship with them. We had some changes to our project mid-stream and he was very accommodating in helping us find a middle-ground solution that will still allow us to complete our vision in a later phase fully. I was very appreciative that Elron gave me a format and schedule to provide him with the materials that he needed. He kept the project moving seamlessly and came through with every promise down to the last details. He came in ahead of schedule and on budget, and was a true pleasure to work with! It may unusual to say, but I will miss having this project to work on with such a great team!

I highly recommend Beverly Builders Group. This was the smoothest remodel l've ever experienced. Elron and his crew were perfectionists. Have you ever had a contractor who cared more about detail than you? They were the most responsible company l've ever worked with. They did everything on schedule and everything they did was beautiful and the craftsmanship was amazing. We were living in the house while they worked and they were so clean and careful. They completely remodeled a very large bathroom and a guest bath. Everything from the ground up. I can't say enough about them. I'm so glad I chose them. I lucked out!

I love my new bathroom! I had been waiting to do it for so long, as it's a big job and it's the only bathroom in the house. Beverly Builders Group team was great. They helped me with vendors to choose for tile and fixtures, and were helpful in designing the layout. I moved the plumbing and change the whole bathroom configuration, so it was important to me to have someone experienced and knowledgeable. The bid process was the best l've experienced. I have done a lot of projects at my house, and have had issues with almost every single job. Jordan spent a lot of time going over all the fine details with me, making suggestions, and helping me understand the timeline and pricing. Emily in the office helped with all the paperwork, and ongoing communications. They made sure everything was perfect and finished. I had some several special requests as we went through the job, and they were flexible and accommodating. Be aware that inspection timing can be slow, which can affect the job timeline. We had a couple of slow downs on that front but Jordan and his office kept me in the loop and took care of it. I'm really pleased with the end result, and I'm enjoying my nice lovely new bathroom. We absolutely love our new kitchen! We moved into our home and knew from the beginning that the kitchen was going to need to be redone. We had high hopes of converting the space into our dream kitchen, with lots and lots of storage and counter space. After interviewing quite a few contractors, we met Jordan from Beverly Builders Group and we knew we had our match. Jordan was amazing from moment one. He helped us through every piece of this construction puzzle which was especially necessary since we have never embarked on a project like this before. Jordan was there every step of the way to make sure we were getting the kitchen design that we wanted, and he was always 100% supportive and available for us. Every job will have an issue or snag or miscommunication and every single time something came up, Jordan and his team were there to correct, adjust, adapt, and make sure that everyone was happy. We were never "ghosted" or ignored like I have read happens to people sometimes when remodeling. No, Jordan was always there for us. We would love to work with him and Beverly Builders Group again on future projects.

We are so glad we hired Beverly Builders Group to do exterior work on our home. We had some water entering during last year's rains, and Jordan was able to diagnose the problem and recommend a great solution. They removed an old wood where water was entering and waterproofed and repaired the siding and installed a faux need wood. They also painted the exterior of the house, which included a lot of detailed work on columns and trim. Jordan was great to work with, very responsive and clear and provided fair pricing. Pedro and Santiago were here everyday and did excellent, quality work. They always arrived on time and cleaned up every day and were great at consulting with us if any questions or concerns came up.
