They were great. Very helpful in explaining everything and answering questions. I didnâ t feel pressured like I did with other companies we interviewed.

They came and made repairs after warranty expired. They are so friendly and professional and customer service is high priority. Definitely recommend this company. There's not to many out there like them.

I cannot recommend this company for the following reasons. We had a problem with bugs and worms coming into the sunroom, about 30-40 of them every time it rained. After numerous in-person requests to have someone come and look at the room, I was able to get the phone number of the owner, Ray. He came out once and determined that the room was not caulked properly. He said to let him know if the caulking helped. It improved, but we still had the same problem. I have been calling him for the past 6 months. Each time he promises to come and look at the room, but he never shows up. The customer service is non-existent. As I told Ray, I am sorry that I had Better Living do the job.

BetterLiving turned our deteriorating back deck into a beautiful four-season sun room. The quality of the work and the level of care and professionalism by the construction crew was excellent. Before the project was finalized, there were a couple of adjustments that we wanted to make to the transitions from outside into the room and into the house. The owner Ray Hepp came to the house and personally coordinated completion of the modifications. Ray truly takes pride in his product and worked with us until we were completely satisfied. Since the project was completed, we had several minor service calls - and Mark came out promptly to take care of the concerns. He was a pleasure to work with. We are more than satisfied with the sunroom - and would not hesitate to recommend BetterLiving of Gibsonia.

We engaged Better Living Patio and Sunrooms of Pittsburgh to transform our screened in porch into a four-season room. Our primary goal was the creation of a space where our grandchildren could play in the sunroom while we remained in our home. We planned to talk with them and visit through a window, since we are both at high risk for COVID due to cancer. I asked that the room be complete by Thanksgiving, but, as November dates became closer to the holiday, it appeared we would not meet the date. I appealed to our salesperson, Anthony, who connected me with the owner, Ray Hepp. Mr. Hepp was extremely helpful, moving quickly to obtain back orders (due to COVID) and assigning his team to finish the room before the holiday. We love our new room! Because of Mr. Hepp's integrity and kindness, we were able to share not only Thanksgiving, but also Christmas holidays with our family while maintaining the distance we need to remain safe. The room is outstanding, the construction beautifully done, and we are extremely pleased. I would recommend this business to anyone without reservation. Thank you, Mr. Hepp!

Awesome company! Responsive, hard working and honest.

My name is Pamela, and at my home **There are no bad days!** That is my motto since having my beautiful, all season room, screened in Florida room and front porch added by BetterLiving Patio and Sunrooms. I have really enjoyed the additional living space that has been provided. I originally found BetterLiving Patio and Sunrooms on another website. I contacted their office and Ray, the owner, picked up the call. The rest was history. My family and I are very pleased with the results and recommend them highly. The staff is great to work with and if there is anything that I have needed, Ray and staff have quickly responded and have taken care of it for me. I love my home and enjoy it even more, there truly are no bad days here! I originally wrote this review in 2015, it is now 2019 and I have added another project and still stand by these words. I remain a very happy customer. Kudos to BetterLiving Patio and Sunrooms.

Ray Hepp and his staff were AWESOME to work with !! The customer service that we received was beyond our expectations! Anytime we called with a question or had a problem it was answered within the hour. We purchased a 15x20 four season room and we are extremely happy with it! Everyone in the neighborhood has made wonderful comments on the appearance of our room. It has changed the entire outside look of our home. If you are looking for a company to build you a patio room, three season, or four season room, please give this wonderful company a chance, you will not be disappointed. Beautiful windows, great pricing and customer service by Joey and entire team. Installers were great and cleaned up everything perfectly. Would highly recommend!
